Our Sales and Trading team is an experienced group of dedicated individuals, each averaging more than 12 years of experience in their respective fields. As such, on our first day of trading, we finished as the sixth-largest trader of institutional securities in Canada, and we continue to hold a dominant position today. Our U.K.-based team each average over a decade of experience in European and global markets. This operation works closely with our global Investment Banking and Research departments to bring value-added ideas to portfolio managers in all our focus industries.
We have built a reputation for superior execution and the ability to get the job done. Our Sales and Trading operations are essentially an extension of our value-added Research product and our Investment Banking activities. Our success is built on dominating the trading of companies we research and finance.
